Main switchboard installation

The switchboard is the central point of your electrical system. Everything from lighting, outlets, and appliances runs through it. In older buildings, switchboards are often outdated, overloaded, or no longer compliant with modern safety standards. In some cases, the condition of the wiring alongside it can also raise safety concerns.

  The electrical load in buildings has grown over time. Devices like heat pumps, EV chargers, and modern appliances place more demand on the system. Many older boards simply weren’t built to handle this. A newer switchboard allows for better load management and future expansion.

  A well-designed switchboard keeps your electrical system running smoothly and safely. Installation work is carried out to meet current New Zealand standards, and you’ll receive the appropriate certification on completion.
