Your go-to electrical team for rental properties

Property managers and landlords need electricians who are reliable, responsive, and easy to deal with. We know how to work around tenants, communicate clearly with property managers, and get the job done properly without the drama. Whether it’s scheduled maintenance or a 10pm call-out, you can rely on us to turn up, sort it, and keep you in the loop.

Routine servicing and ongoing maintenance
We carry out scheduled checks, electrical inspections, and preventative maintenance across your property portfolio. From fault finding and appliance repairs to hot water issues and lighting upgrades, we keep you informed every step of the way and coordinate directly with tenants where needed to avoid the back and forth.

Upgrades, installs, and efficiency advice
Need a new heat pump, heated towel rail or hot water cylinder installed? We handle all of that and we’re happy to advise on smart energy-saving upgrades to help future-proof your properties.

Insurance inspections and compliance
We provide thorough electrical inspections, Certificates of Verification (COVs), and condition reports to help with insurance or due diligence. If you’re not sure whether a property is up to scratch, we can check it out and give you a clear picture.

Prompt emergency call-outs
Stuff happens – and when it does, we’re on it. Our team is available for after-hours and urgent repairs, with someone always on call to respond when you need it most.

If you manage properties and need a dependable electrical team who understands how to work in this space, get in touch today. We’ll tailor our service to suit your setup – and help you take care of the electrical side of things.
